Our accommodations are situated in Borgo Claudio Merulo and via Nazario Sauro, surrounded by
boutique shops, historic antique shops and restaurants offering traditional Parma cuisine.
If you are looking for easy access to multiple services you will certainly appreciate the strategic position
of our flats, which will give you the possibility to explore the cultural and artistic beauty of the town.
The railway station is only 10 min walk away.
Goito car park is only 5min walk away and it is open 24/7.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Fully equipped kitchen: all our flats have a kitchen with fridge. Dishwasher, electric hob, oven, dish soap, sponges, tableware, cutlery, glasses, cups and cleaning products.
Complete bathroom: with hairdryer, soap, shampoo and body wash.
Bed sheets and towels: bed sheets and towels are provided. You will find on your bed one set of towels for each guest (1 face towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel).
Additional items: each flat has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack for clothes.
OUR SERVICES
Arrival: on the day of your arrival, we will provide you with a code to access the building through a keyboard installed at the entrance. In the same way you will be able to take the key to the flat, kept in a small safe next to the door.
There is no need to make an appointment to check-in, you will be able to access the property whenever convenient to you.
Departure: please leave the key in the safe next to the door.
Check-in: from 3pm.
Check-out: by 11 am.
Early check-in: if you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know and we will try and arrange an appropriate time.
Late check-out: we would love to accommodate your request, please let us know in advance.
Parking: the accommodation does not include a parking space. However, you can park at Goito car park, only 5 min walk away (2 Via Goito). The car park is open to public with a cost of 14Euros per day.
ZTL: the building is in a ZTL area which means access by car is forbidden unless you have a special permit. Please let us have your plate number in advance in order to request a permit on your behalf. This will give you the right to enter the ZTL area for 30min the day of your arrival and 30min the day of your departure for loading/unloading purposes.
ID: we ask for a copy of ID card or passport (front and back) of all the guests. The documents are needed to register all the guests with the Questura of Parma at least 24hours before the arrival.
Tourist tax: according to the law we ask for a tourist tax of 2Euros per night per person, for a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 12 are excluded.
Air conditioning: air conditioning and heating system switch on and off automatically at set times.
